Product Description

The automatic busbar processing machine is a heavy-duty busbar processing machine designed for the automated processing of large-size busbars. It integrates punching, cutting, and bending functions into one machine. The three processing units are each equipped with an independent 800 kN hydraulic power system, providing powerful and stable processing power for each processing station. The machine is also equipped with a servo positioning system to achieve automatic and precise positioning of busbar processing positions, reducing manual marking and repeated measurement operations, and improving processing efficiency and positioning accuracy.

The machine can process copper and aluminum busbars up to 300 × 20 mm and can quickly complete punching, cutting, and bending operations at different positions. With 800 kN high-power hydraulic drive and servo positioning control, the automatic busbar processing machine combines large-size busbar processing capability with positioning accuracy, making it suitable for large electrical manufacturers and high-load, high-volume busbar processing applications.
